Project Management Services
Project Management Consultancy services to provide project management support, expertise and/or project management advise from an external, impartial party. Examples including review of current project management processes and capabilities, recommendations, and support in the implementation of new project related tools, processes, procedures, and transformational support. I use project-based fees for Project Management Consulting.
Project Management Contractor services to perform actual project management to either augment existing PMO or be the primary project manager on a specific short-term project that typically spans a 3 to 6 month duration. I use hourly rate and/or monthly retainer for Project Management Contractual work.

As a commissioned Notary Public for the county of Onslow and State of North Carolina, I am serving the public as an official, impartial witness in Jacksonville, NC.

I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® through PMI (Project Management Institute) Credential #1881957 status in Good Standing. With 15+ years in IT Project Management and 10+ years in the Healthcare IT industry, I have served in various roles including DHA Program Manager, Director of Quality Assurance and Project Management, Manager IT Revenue Cycle Systems Development, Knowledge Engineering, Director of Technology & Health Information, & various project manager roles.
I have enjoyed 5+ years as Adjunct Professor teaching graduate courses online for Albertus Magnus College in Healthcare Informatics / Info Systems, and various Project Management courses, and have presented technological advances at various healthcare related conferences including CHUG, LTC, etc. as well various religious organizations presenting on topics of Leadership, Change, and more!

This article explores the value proposition of project management, highlighting its impact on organizational outcomes and long-term competitiveness. Drawing on validated academic and industry sources, the paper argues that project management is no longer a technical function but a strategic capability that delivers measurable business value.
EMPLOYEE FIT WITH ORGANIZATION CULTURE AND ITS EFFECTS ON EMPLOYEE RETENTION, JOB PERFORMANCE AND JOB SATISFACTION
Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between employee fit with organizational culture and its impact on job satisfaction, performance, and retention. Drawing on a sample of 46 participants from various professional backgrounds, the research explores how alignment between individual personality traits and organizational values influences key workplace outcomes. Using a mixed-methods approach—including structured surveys and open-ended interviews—the study examines employees’ perceptions of cultural compatibility and its effect on their motivation and engagement levels. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS to test three core hypotheses concerning the effects of cultural fit on retention, job performance, and satisfaction. Although the results did not yield statistically significant support for the hypotheses, the findings offer valuable qualitative insights into employee attitudes and suggest that perceived cultural alignment does influence workplace behavior and morale. The study concludes with practical recommendations for leaders and human resource professionals to strengthen organizational culture and improve employee experiences through strategic hiring, inclusive leadership, and communication practices."
